We would rather you reserve a safe ride and cancel, rather than phone us at the last minute only to discover we do not have a driver available for you.

Reserving a safe ride is as easy as telling us where to pick you up and where to drop you off and what time you would like to reserve for your pickup. You can always request a pickup time change using our FLEXIBLE PICKUP TIME procedure – https://backup.captainsdd.com/flexible-pickup-times/

 

Three ways to book a ride:

  1. THE BEST WAY TO BOOK A SAFE RIDE is to phone 604-757-5900 and speak with a dispatcher. Switchboard opens at 11AM daily.
  2. You can also book using our online booking form – https://backup.captainsdd.com/book-here/ – BUT PLEASE BE AWARE your reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until a dispatcher finds your reservation and phones you back. Since a phone call is required, why not phone our dispatcher first?
  3. Download our APP – https://backup.captainsdd.com/our-app/ – and hit the “Call Now” to connect with our dispatcher or fill out the “Reserve Ride” form.
